Fisha Attorneys is a dynamic, client-focused legal practice providing strategic, practical and effective legal solutions to individuals, businesses, public institutions and other organisations.
Established in May 2017 by Masilo Benny Fisha, the firm combines extensive legal experience with the accessibility and personal attention of a focused legal practice. Fisha Attorneys assists clients across a range of matters, with particular experience in dispute resolution, commercial and civil litigation, employment and labour law, corporate and commercial matters, family law and related areas of practice.
Our approach is grounded in integrity, professionalism, diligence and clear communication. We recognise that every legal matter has its own commercial, personal or organisational context and therefore seek to provide solutions that are not only legally sound, but practical and responsive to each client’s circumstances.

History of the Firm
Fisha Attorneys was founded in May 2017 by Masilo Benny Fisha following an established career in private legal practice.
The firm was created with a clear objective: to provide clients with the quality, expertise and professionalism associated with larger legal practices while maintaining the accessibility, responsiveness and personal service of a focused law firm.
Since its establishment, Fisha Attorneys has advised and represented individuals, businesses and institutional clients in a wide range of legal matters and disputes.
Based in Ferndale, Randburg, Gauteng, the firm is strategically positioned to assist clients locally and nationally.
Our Foundational Beliefs
Fisha Attorneys believes that high-quality legal representation should be accessible and that clients should receive direct, professional and attentive service.
Central to our approach is the relationship between attorney and client. Understanding a client’s circumstances, objectives and concerns enables us to develop legal strategies that respond to the realities of the matter rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.
We therefore seek to ensure that our clients remain informed, supported and confidently represented throughout the legal process.
